About the Texts
I hate to read plain text, and I know a bit about text processing, so I have converted a variety of documents to XML and then to HTML, PDF, and (for larger works) compiled HTML Help. (It's a pretty cool process if you're into that kind of thing.) The HTML and HTML Help versions are identical except that the HTML Help has full-text search capabilities built-in, and can be viewed while off-line.
I have not checked on all the relevant copyrights for all of the works. I have picked these documents up as plain text from the Internet, and any copyright information they contain is still within them. I have occasionally edited the documents slightly for formatting purposes. Any substantive emendations that I have made can be identified in the XML documents by looking for comment tags.
